The home server is working a treat! I love the way I can access all my files without having to have them saved on the laptop. All your advice on our laptop, router and server purchases has been great. And to reiterate what I say to you every time I call, I am so grateful to have found an IT support person who is personable, trustworthy and supremely well qualified.

Thanks for your help and advice Dave. You are very easy to speak to and you dont use technospeak.
Since I added the extra RAM my computer is much faster and not freezing up as in the past. I will check your site for further updates and advice also.
