Nationwide Collection Service
In some cases your computer may be beyond the point where it can be repaired remotely. Perhaps it won’t power up at all, your laptop screen is cracked or some component needs replacing. In these cases we have arranged an affordable nationwide door to door service. A courier will pick up your computer from your home or office and deliver it to our offices the next day. We can then sort out your problem and return it safely and securely to you, again by overnight delivery.
Drop In Service
We can resolve around 90% of problems over the phone and internet. However, in some cases we need to physically operate on the hardware. For these cases we run a full drop in service. We receive computers, games consoles and other devices from throughout the country, operate a quick turnaround service and use good value courier services to keep costs down.
